Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds: We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with our grooming services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment at [email protected].

Refund Process: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Refunds: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full charge being due. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Disputes: If you have concerns about a charge on your statement, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. For payment disputes, you may contact your bank or card issuer if you cannot reach a resolution with us directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will be subject to the amount of service booked. If you have booked online and/or we have your card details stored securely for your system profile, this will be charged to the card provided. If you do not have a card on record, the amount will still be payable.
